Specification
During the first stage the client specifies goods, services and materials required by their organization, including product details, supply chain requirements, quantities, delivery timetables, budget etc.
Vendor Selection/Sourcing
During the vendor selection and sourcing stage our procurement experts scour the world for suppliers of products, services or materials needed by our clients. We make sure they offer the best quality and value, and we don't select suppliers based on cost alone; quality is of the highest significance. If a product doesn't meet the clients standards we won't deal with the supplier.
Purchase Order
At the next stage we compile and submit a purchase order. Once the supplier has invoiced and confirmed the order we conduct a payment. It's as simple as that when you have us on your team to set the wheels in motion.
